A song sent from Heaven above would need the voice of an angel to interpret it.

"Moonlight Over Paris" is a iconic radio single in the Philippines, reaching back to 1988 when PM's original version became an indelible New Wave favorite on FM alternative radio station DZBM (Power 105) in Manila. Peter Mayer's soulful, warmly melodic croon blended seamlessly with the haunting romanticism of European artists such as Fra Lippo Lippi and China Crisis. Filipina singer Julie Anne San Jose has recorded her own version of it, and the radiant beauty and poetic dreaminess of the song is captured in the crystalline prettiness of her vocals. Jose is the co-host of The Clash on The GMA Network in the Philippines.
