Report: Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Wanted for the MCU

Hugh Jackman may not be done, at least in this universe.
In September 2019, I reported in the private Geekosity Facebook page that Marvel Studios was developing a Hulk vs. Wolverine film. Or, more specifically, a Wolverine movie where he fights the Hulk since Universal owns ol' green skin's solo film rights. I then leaked that Marvel Studios wanted Hugh Jackman to reprise his role as Logan, not just for the "team-up" with the Hulk but in an upcoming Deadpool movie wherein the Jackman/Ryan Reynolds social-media bros teasing can finally hit the silver screen. (Time-stamped receipts are linked below, including the YouTube channel Lords of the Longbox.)
YouTuber Grace Randolph recently reported that she's also heard Feige wants Jackman back as Wolverine. Via Cosmic Book News, Randolph stated, "I've also heard that Feige is talking to Sony about making your dreams come true and having Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield come back to unite the Spider-Men, Batman-Flash style," says Randolph. "He also would like to bring back Hugh Jackman for one last round as Wolverine. Now, again, this is right now Kevin Feige's wish list. We'll see what he can actually do." Randolph added that Feige's focus is on adding Jackman to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Jackman is particularly fond of Logan and his acclaimed performance there. Besides his age, that's a significant reason for him not reprising the role. However, I was told that Feige's way of dealing with that situation was to have this Wolverine from a different universe than Fox's Logan, thus keeping its continuity intact. Now he wouldn't be the MCU Wolverine going forward, either, as Feige needs a younger actor for succeeding movies. The multiverse, after all, means several alternate realities.
